How are our products sustainable?
At Caeli Eco Luxe, we pledge to uphold environmental sustainability through the following fronts: material, packaging, design and, manufacturing.
We actively seek ways to reduce our carbon footprint and this begins from the selection of fabrics. All of our apparels are thoughtfully sourced from dead stocks, which would otherwise be sitting on landfields. We do not let go of the small details, all our hang tags are made from recycled paper too!
Additionally, we place a high priority on addressing pressing issues which include wastage during production. By digitally and manually marking the fabric at the pre-production stage, we minimise post-cutting wastage by 20% to 30% on average. For fabrics which cannot be used, we will be sent to Threadapeutic and Bikin Bikin Crafts Indonesia who will explore the concept of upcycling.

What are the available payment methods?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit card payments.
What is the order processing time?
All orders are processed approximately within 3 to 5 days.
How can I amend or cancel an online order after making the payment?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend or cancel any orders placed online once it has been completed.
What are the local delivery charges?
We offer a free delivery option to all addresses within Singapore.
How soon can I receive my local order?
Upon confirmation of the online order, all local orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
For express delivery option, orders will be delivered as soon as 1-4 business days.
How can I make an international order?
For international orders to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Australia, you may checkout and purchase directly on the website.
For international orders to countries that are not listed above, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do note that customs and import duties may apply, and will be borne by the customer.
Is there an option for free delivery?
Yes, we do have a free delivery option for all local (Singapore) orders.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I make an exchange?
If you have recently made a local (Singapore) purchase and did not find it a fit, you may make an exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
All exchanges will be subjected to product availability and delivery charges will apply for the item(s) exchanged.
How can I make a refund?
If you recently puchased our product and did not find it a fit, you may consider making an exchange. Alternatively, if you decide to make a refund, we feel unfortunate but you may submit a return within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
To submit a return, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Sale or discounted item(s) are not eligible for return unless specifically mentioned. The delivery costs for return will apply.
How can make a return?
For returns, please email us at email@example.com with the order number of the item(s) for return. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the item(s).
